PRIVATE CHEF/MEAL PREPS

Private chef​ experiences start at $900 plus ingredients for an appetizer, entree and side dish for 6 guests or less; chef is on-site for 2-3hrs max for prep and cook. Grocery shopping available for a small charge. Full day services are available for multiple meals throughout the day, or meal preps for the week starting at $1500/day. For larger parties, retreat services are available.

EVENT PRICING

 

Our signature 5 course farm to table buffet style meal includes a small appetizer, salad, entree, side dish, dessert for $175/pp for 20 guests, minimum. Please remember to include kids and vendor meals to your total headcount. 

 

You have the option to upgrade to a family style or plated experience with a full waitstaff. Please note, pricing will increase for smaller groups to $250/pp, 6 guests minimum.

A popular alternative to the 5 course meal is our Grazing Table featuring charcuterie, cheese, handmade breads, homemade dips, and local fruit to nosh on for a casual dining experience. You have the option to add cold/hot appetizers, including Chef Justine's famous wontons that will WOW all of your guests.

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR DATE

 

Once you confirm your event date/time with our team, we will ask you to send us details about your location and food preferences and we will schedule you for a 1:1 zoom call with Chef Justine Ma when you send in your deposit.

 

During the zoom call, Chef Justine will create your bespoke menu based on seasonal availability and your preferences. Please inform her of any food allergies or dietary needs for any and all guests- all menus can be customized if given a minimum of 2 weeks notice. She will also discuss the layout of your kitchen, and whether or not she will need to do a site visit to determine what is needed for the kitchen for the style of service you'd like.​

 

EVENT DAY

 

On the day of your event, the chef team will arrive on-site 2-3 hours prior to the requested start time, and a majority of the food will be prepared off-site in a commercial kitchen. Service will start and end promptly at the designated times. Following the meal, our team will clean up the kitchen and leave any remaining food for guests to enjoy throughout the night or to take home.

Transportation fees may apply outside of the Keaau- Hilo area. Tax and gratuities will be added to the final invoice.
